Account activation & Order verification
Wrath Host provide instant account activation for our shared, wordpress and reseller web hosting plans. VPS services are activated within 1 hour, but it can take to 5-6 hours to activate the service if there is a problem with the order. Dedicated servers are activated within 1 hour, but if we don't have the requested hardware in stock, the activation of may take up to 24 hours.
Every account may take more time to be activated if it fails the initial verification and payment. If this happens we will contact you with steps and details to complete the verification process.
Payment
You agree to pay for the Services on time and in advance for the billing cycle Services are provided for. Invoices are generated 7 days before the renew date of the Services. Wrath Host provides 7 days grace period after the renew date. If the invoice is not paid within the 7 days grace period Wrath Host will temporary suspend services until the invoice is paid in full.
Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual payments, cannot be refunded. The amount will be added as credit to your account and can be used to pay future invoices.
We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer. We do not accept payments from paypal accounts which are not verified.
Client contact information
Customer agrees to keep his contact information and e-mail on file up to date at all times. We will use the e-mail on file to send notifications about generated invoices, due invoices, Services suspension, Services termination, new Services provisioned and any other related information. Wrath Host recommends using an external e-mail address so that the Customer can receive messages in case there are problems with the Services.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests need to be placed from the client area by clicking on “My Services”, then click on your service and then on the “Request Cancellation” button. Wrathost will not аccept cancellation requests via email and you will be billed again for the Services until a legitimate cancellation request is placed. Cancellation requests may take up to 7 days to be completed.
No cancellation or refund for SSL Certificates, Domains or other addons.
WARNING! Invoices that have been paid more than once because of multiple PayPal subscriptions or multiple manual payments, can't be refunded, even if the client already requested cancellation request!. The charge is not coming from our side, it's coming from your subscription in your PayPal account and you need to cancel it.
Domain name redemption
If your domain was registered with Wrath Host and has expired, but you wish to recover the domain, Wrath Host may be able to recover the domain if it is still within the redemption period. To recover a domain name that has expired but which is still within the redemption period, the customer has to pay a redemption fee. Please note that this domain redemption fee does not include the registration price of the domain that will still need to be paid to register the domain for the next year.
Refund policy
Refund can be requested if you place a cancellation request within the period of days covered by your service's money back guarantee. Different services have different money back guarantee terms, below you can see if your service is covered by our money back guarantee and under what terms:
Web Hosting, Wordpress Hosting - 30days
Linux Unmanaged VPS - 7days (If the delivered service is not as described on our order page.)
Windiws VPS - 2days (If the delivered service is not as described on our order page.)
No money back guarantee - cPanel/WHM Linux VPS, Dedicated servers, SSL Certificates, Domain registration/renewal/transfer/redemption, Addons and Licenses.
We will not refund your money If your server IP address is banned for spamming. You will not receive a refund under any circumstances. We also do not provide refund for the 3rd party software like cPanel, Litespeed, Cloudlinux. If the moneyback guarantee period has expired for your service, you are not eligible for a refund. Violation of the terms of service will waive the refund policy.
Restore after delete
Web Hosting, Wordpress Hosting - Accounts that are 30 days past due will be automatically deleted from our servers. If you wish to restore a cancelled/terminated account or receive a backup of a suspended account, there will be a $25.00 USD fee if there is an available backup. If you want to use our service after restore, you will also have to pay your existing invoice for the next month + 7 days grace period.
Reseller Hosting - Accounts that are 20 days past due will be automatically deleted from our servers. If you wish to restore a cancelled/terminated reseller account or receive a backup of a suspended account, there will be a $15.00 USD fee for the main account and for every account under the reseller $0.99 USD fee, if there is an available backup. If you want to use our service after restore, you will also have to pay your existing invoice for the next month + 7 days grace period.
Windows VPS - Accounts that are 30 days past due will be automatically deleted from the servers. If you wish to restore a cancelled/terminated account or if you want to create a backup of a suspended VPS, you will have to pay the 7days grace period which you used and 24hours fee $25.00 USD.
Linux Unmanaged VPS - Accounts that are 30 days past due will be automatically deleted from the servers. If you wish to restore a cancelled/terminated account or if you want to create a backup of a suspended VPS, you will have to pay the 7days grace period which you used and 24hours fee $20.00 USD.
cPanel/WHM Managed VPS - Accounts that are 15 days past due will be automatically deleted from the servers. If you wish to restore a cancelled/terminated account or if you want to create a backup of a suspended VPS, you will have to pay the 7days grace period which you used and 24hours fee $20.00 USD.
Dedicated Servers - Servers that are 7 days past due will be automatically terminated. There is no restore option for terminated dedicated server.
Backups
Web Hosting, Wordpress Hosting – Wrath Host keeps daily and weekly backups for web and wordpress hosting plans. Your use of our backups is at your sole risk. Wrath Host is not responsible for the data residing on your account!
Wrat Host does not provide free backups for VPS servers.
Wrat Host does not provide backups for dedicated servers.
Banned Scripts
The following scripts and actions are banned from use on our servers and may not be uploaded or run. Reasons for banning them include adverse effects on server load, invitations to hackers/spammers/criminal activity, etc:
• IRC egg drops
• Proxy servers
• Mail bombers
• Anonymous mailers
• IP spoofers
• Port scanners
• Hivemail
• Telnet or SSH Access Scripts
• nph-proxy (and other scripts what operates like proxy)
• UBB (Ultimate Bulletin Board, all versions)
• lstmrge.cgi
• phpShell
• FormMail.cgi, FormMail.pl from Matt's Script Archive are not allowed.
• php mail functions (only SMTP)
• Torrents
• Phishing
• Porn web sites
• FileSharing software
We do not allow any modifications in the bios menu except the boot order for our dedicated servers.
If your account gets suspended three times due to any of the above scripts, we will be forced to terminate your account without refund.
Prohibited actions
Any account found to be in violation of anothers copyright will be expeditiously removed, or access to the material disabled. Any account found to be in repeated violation of copyright laws will be suspended and/or terminated from our hosting.
Customer agrees not to use our shared, reseller, VPS or dedicated servers hosting space as a storage for backups. If we find backups stored in your account they will be removed automatically.
Customer is responsible to keep their accounts up to date and secure at all times. Directories must be chmod to 711 and configuration files with passwords must be chmod to 600. Scripts, plugins, modules need to be kept up to date at all times. A strong password must be used.
Zero tolerance SPAM policy
We have a zero tolerance against SPAM. Accounts used to send SPAM will be suspended immediately. If the SPAM sending is repeated the account will be removed from our server. We do not allow bulk mailing from our shared servers. WratHost offers a separate service if you need to send thousands of e-mails.
Purchased mail lists, opt-in lists will be considered SPAM.
WratHost reserves the right to charge a clean up fee the Customer who sent unsolicited e-mail which caused the IP of our server to be blacklisted for sending SPAM.
Monitoring
Web and Wordpress Hosting – We monitor our servers 24/7 365 days a year!
VPS servers – By default we monitor only the VPS nodes, which means your VPS can be down while the node is up. We provide monitoring for the VPS servers which can be ordered as addon with your VPS and additional fee will be applied.
Dedicated servers - We provide monitoring for the dedicated servers which can be ordered as addon with your dedicated servers and additional fee will be applied.
Migration
We provide free migration for the accounts which use cPanel. If something is wrong with the account after the move and it wasn’t moved correctly it is your responsibility to fix it.If you don’t provide root access to the remote server from which we have to transfer your accounts, we can transfer for free up to 100 accounts per service. For every other account over 100, we will charge you for $0.50 USD.
Package Resources
Any account on the server cannot use more than the following CPU or memory resources. If you use too much system resources, you will be notified to take the necessary actions. If the usage is too high to keep the server unstable, we will suspend the overloading account so that it doesn't affect the other clients on the server.
Customer agrees not to use the shared hosting service to send bulk e-mail. Mailing lists are allowed and the customer can send e-mail messages as per our hourly mail limits however those messages cannot be sent 24/7. If you need to send more than 5000 mails per month the shared hosting service will not be sufficient. A VPS or dedicated server will be required for that.
IMPORTANT! About the cPanel new prices! - WratHost can understand our clients displeasure very well. We would like to confirm that WratHost does not have profit from the price increase. We ourselves are massively affected by the price increase and are in the same situation. However, we still would like you to consider that the new prices were announced by the cPanel producer and were not effected by us for arbitrary reasons. Since the price increase comes from the cPanel producer directly, license prices rise on the whole worldwide market. Unfortunately, we have no other choice than increasing our cPanel prices, too, as we always calculate our offers as tightly as possible and thus have no financial scope for compensation. We trust in your understanding for our situation: We cannot provide cPanel licenses cheaper than we obtain them.

Additional IP
Wrat Host provides dedicated IP for Web, Wordpress and Reseller hosting. We also provide additional IP addresses for our VPS and Dedicated servers.
Additional IP address used to send spam will be suspended immediately.

Response time
We usually respond within 15-20 minutes, sometimes the respond time is less depending on load and time of day! We offer priority support which will put your ticket to the front of the line, so you get help when you need it most!
Priority support
The feature priority support is available for selected services. It makes all support requests sent to us to be looked into with priority. By default tickets are handled in the order they come (oldest tickets are looked into first). All tickets eligible for priority support are handled before any other tickets that are open.

Once a visitor clicks on an affiliate link, Wrath Host generates a cookie which is valid for 30 days. If a visitor orders a service with Wrath Host within 30 days, the order will be applied to the affiliate. If a visitor clicks on multiple affiliate links the last one counts.
If you join our Affiliate program, you will receive FREE $4.99 USD which can be used when you reach $50.00 USD balance wiht affiliates.
Changes to the terms
Wrat Host may without advance notice change this Agreement from time to time, and will do so by posting the new Agreement on the Wrat Host web site in place of the old. Customer agrees to visit the terms of service regularly for updates.
